Returns and refunds

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days. Opened skincare, feminine-care, and hygiene products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or were not what you ordered.

If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photo with your order number and we will replace it or refund the payment you made.

Refunds for a real card or wallet payment would go back the same way. Bank-transfer refunds go to the account that paid. Pay-on-delivery refunds are arranged with you directly.
